Filing Cabinet Facelift: Part 1

When Chelsea and I moved out, her step-dad gave us a wooden filing cabinet that was not being used at her house. I was excited to finally have a filing cabinet, ugly or not. I knew I'd give this bad boy a facelift, but the time never came until last Wednesday.

Now I don't have any great plans for this piece, just a simple coat of black paint, new drawer pulls, and a new home in the office.

More to come later as this project gets further along. Right now I have to finish painting the rest of this (it's had some scrapes in the past week or so, so some touch ups are needed), drill some new holes in the drawerrs for the hardware, fill the existing holes with putty, and put in the new hardware.

Hopefully next week this and the rec room will be finished!!
